Exhibitor Load-in Position Details
Exhibitor Arrivals: 6:30 - 9:00AM

Upon Arrival at 630 The East Mall, if Directed - Stage into the 600 The East Mall parking lot, get Lined up and ready to enter Entrance of BAKA Mobile for when Volunteers Direct you in. Please Don't Be Late!

Follow the Directions on the EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show Exhibitor Directions page, to get to the BAKA Mobile Entrance:

Enter in the main entrance as shown above, then follow direction to your Exhibiting/parking spot.

Load In Schedule:

 Due to the open nature of the exhibit space, and the placement needs of select Exhibitors, the schedule will be General in nature

Exhibitor Arrivals: between 06:30 – 09:00

Exhibitors with Tents and/or Large Displays Should plan on arriving to begin Setup Early, particularly if they need a vehicle to come in and park while dropping off displays, etc. If you need more than 30 minutes to setup, please arrive by 07:00, and we will schedule you in according to space needs.

No Vehicles shall be driven or Parked on the Grass. Ask our EV Fest Volunteers for Help as needed.

The Parking and Placement Floor Plan - Position Details

Exhibitors expected to arrive early – based on current Communications: #4, #5, #16, #20 – to set up displays, 10’ x 10’ Tents and such.

As most exhibitors without any Setup needs will only need 2-3 minutes to drive in and position their single Vehicle, we will bring them in on a first come - first in basis.
