Exhibitor Approval Process

As EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show is essentially a Grass Roots Event, and as such it is all about Everyone supporting Each Other, the most important aspect about the show is that the public hears about the show, and gets the word from each of our exhibitors that they are proud to be exhibiting their wares or projects at EV Fest 2012.

This is best done by a link on their websites most active and most relevant page that when clicked, takes their guests and brings them (in a new page) to the EV Fest site, and communicates the Date, Time, and Location of the Event. While One Link is required, more links may be inserted for more coverage, at your discretion.

To Accomplish this - I have set up some six (6) initial link samples, which can be picked from, and with collaboration - modified and customized for each exhibitors personal needs. Each link will be coded to incorporate specific tracking techniques, and may link to a multiple of: The EV Fest Website - www.evfest.ca via a custom page for tracking; to a direct link to the Guest Ticketing Page, and also a large Aerial Image annotated showing the basic ways to drive to EV Fest, or a large site image showing the Event Space at the Brick Works.

To summarize in point form - 5 steps:

1. Once you have decided you wish to exhibit at EV Fest 2012, View the Sample Links, and choose a base choice for your website using the numbered examples. View the Dynamic Link Samples by clicking on them and observing how they work.
   
   
2. Email evfest with your link style choice, and the url of the page it will be placed on, and we will customize the code for you, and email you the new code, which will be set up for tracking as much as possible, inbound traffic to EV Fest's website, Guest Ticketing page, and possibly to large images of the location of EV Fest or it's access routes.
   
   
3. Post the Customized link code in your High-Traffic page that is most relevant to the Vehicle you wish to exhibit, and sent us a link to that page.
   
   
4. Once Confirmed, we will email you an official invitation to exhibit, which will give you access to the Exhibit Registration Page, from which you can then complete the registration process.
   
   
5. Following the Registration Payment - We will then list you on our Official List of Exhibitors for EV Fest 2012 - including a Link to your specified and supplied page, from above, about your Exhibit.
   

For Past Exhibitors of EV Fest Electric Vehicle Show, this invitation has been prepared with the added benefit of an Early Bird Ticket reducing their Registration Costs by a sizable amount, as a thank you for returning to support EV Fest as it Grows, and to provide a means to compensate you for providing access to your web traffic. This applies to any of our past exhibitors. This Early Bird Option is currently set to end on March 15th, 2012.

As our Exhibitor Rates are very reasonable, any Person or Business who wishes to Exhibit at EV Fest 2012, and not provide such links, may be asked and directed to provide separate Sponsorship Funding in addition to the Exhibitor Registration Fees to cover replacement Advertising potential.
